Your artwork is made to order and carefully packaged for its journey to you. Find information below about production, estimated delivery times, and how we protect your wall art during shipping.
From Our Workshop to Your Wall
Each piece is produced in your selected size and finish, then securely packaged for delivery. Production and transit times vary by material, destination, and shipping method.
Production & Delivery Times
Most orders are produced and shipped within approximately 5–8 business days, beginning on the first business day after your order is placed. Shipping transit time is additional and varies by destination and shipping method. Production and delivery estimates may be longer during holidays and periods of high demand.
Estimated shipping transit times after dispatch:
- United States: 2–6 business days
- Canada: 2–6 business days
- Europe: 2–14 business days
- Australia: 2–6 business days
- Alaska: 3–7 business days
These estimates exclude production time and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Protective Packaging
Your artwork is carefully packaged to suit its material, size, and finish. Canvas, framed prints, and metal artwork receive protective packaging designed to cushion the piece and protect its edges during transit. Rolled prints are shipped in protective tubes or suitable shipping cartons.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, we’ll email you the tracking details so you can follow its progress. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the shipping label is created. If your order includes multiple pieces, they may arrive in separate packages.
If Your Artwork Arrives Damaged
Please inspect your artwork when it arrives. If you notice damage, keep the artwork and all packaging, and contact us promptly at contact@greatcanvasarts.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage, the shipping carton, and the shipping label so we can review the issue and help with the next steps.
