Our Artwork and Product Options
We sell artwork reproductions and decorative wall art. Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, products are reproductions rather than original paintings or antique prints.
Our artwork is made to order using the size, material, finish, and framing options selected for each purchase. Available options vary by product.
Please review your selections and the product description carefully before ordering. Room photographs and mockups illustrate how artwork may look in a space; use the listed measurements to determine the size suitable for your room.
Colors may appear differently across screens and printed materials. Cropping and the visible image area may also vary according to the selected dimensions, aspect ratio, and framing option. These differences do not remove your rights if an item is defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.
Prices and Payment
Prices, available options, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown during shopping and checkout. Please review the total before submitting your order.
You must be authorized to use the payment method provided. Orders may be subject to payment verification and fraud screening.
If we discover a material pricing or product-information error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and seek your agreement to any correction, or cancel the affected item and refund any payment collected for it.
Orders and Availability
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfill an item because of an availability, production, payment, or other issue, we will contact you about the available options or cancellation and refund.
We may decline or cancel orders reasonably suspected of fraud or unauthorized payment use. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, we will refund it.
Changes and Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
Because artwork is made to order, changes and cancellations depend on whether production has begun and cannot be guaranteed. Once production begins, we generally cannot change or cancel an order for a change of mind.
This restriction does not affect cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law, including rights relating to qualifying shipment delays.
Production, Shipping, and Delivery
Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Please review the shipping information provided on our website and with your order.
Delivery estimates may be affected by destination, carrier operations, holidays, weather, and other circumstances. We will address shipment delays in accordance with applicable law, including providing required notices and obtaining agreement to a delay or issuing a refund where required.
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if you notice an address error so we can check whether a correction is possible.
If an order is damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us for assistance. A carrier’s delivery scan does not prevent us from reviewing a reported delivery problem.
Returns, Damage, and Order Problems
Because artwork is produced specifically for each order, sales are generally final once production begins. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for customer-selected artwork, size, material, or framing choices.
We review problems involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing orders under our Refund & Returns Policy.
Report issues promptly and provide your order number, a description of the problem, and relevant photographs. Keep the artwork and packaging while a claim is being reviewed. Contact us before returning an item.
These policies do not limit remedies available under applicable consumer law.
Website Content and Artwork Rights
Purchasing artwork gives you ownership of the physical product purchased. It does not, by itself, transfer copyright or grant reproduction or commercial licensing rights.
Rights in artwork, photographs, text, logos, and other website content belong to their respective owners where applicable. Public-domain works remain subject to their public-domain status under applicable law.
You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected website content without permission from the relevant rights holder or another lawful basis.
Reviews and Customer Submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, or other material, ensure that it is accurate, lawful, and that you have the rights needed to share it.
Do not include sensitive personal information in public reviews. We may remove submissions that contain spam, unlawful material, personal information, or content unrelated to the product or customer experience.
